As a result of the analysis
of the annual reports for 2023, the AK&M rating agency assigned
Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region the highest
non-financial reporting rating – RESG 1, reflecting the quality of
disclosure of information on sustainable development. The highest
rating has been assigned for the second year in a row.
The Companies’
reports comply with international standards and recommendations of
Russian regulators. They comprehensively cover interactions with all
stakeholders, place a strong emphasis on managing sustainable
development issues, and indicate ESG metrics inherent in the
Companies. Particular attention in the reports is paid to personnel
support, activities to ensure industrial safety and innovative
development. An important component of the reports is a description
of the large-scale contribution of the Companies to the development
of the territories of presence. The achievements of the Companies in
the field of sustainable development are clearly linked to the system
of key performance indicators.
The Companies also participate in the agency’s ESG ratings in the
Energy Grids category. Based on the results of 2023, Rosseti Centre
and Rosseti Centre and Volga region took 4th and 3rd place in the
Social Efficiency rating, 4th and 11th place in the Responsibility to
Society rating, and 9th and 10th place in the Carbon Footprint
rating. Receiving the highest rating for non-financial reporting
disclosure indicates the Companies’ continuous commitment to
information openness, higher standards of social responsibility, and
rational use of natural resources.
