St. Petersburg, Russia – 28 April  2023 – PJSC LSR Group (“LSR” or the “Company”) (MOEX: LSRG), one of the leading real estate developers and building materials producers in Russia, today announces its operating results for the first quarter of 2023.

The Group’s completions reached 217 th. sqm, which is 3.1 times higher compared to the same period last year.

1Q 2023 Highlights:

• New contract sales amounted to RUB 26 billion, or 161 th. sqm

• Share of mortgage sales amounted to 77%, up from 75% in 1Q 2022

• Completions reached 217 th. sqm of net sellable area

• New 146 th. sqm of net sellable area launched in the reporting period.
