23.12.2022 On 23 December 2022, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC was held in the form of absentee voting.

The Company’s shareholders decided to pay dividends based on the results of 9 months of 2022 in the amount of RUB 0.0340 per ordinary share. The record date of the list of persons entitled to receive dividends has been determined, – 08 January 2023.

The powers of the Board of Directors elected on 17 June 2022 have been terminated. A new composition of the Board of Directors of Rosseti Centre, PJSC was elected (positions are indicated at the time of nomination):
