In accordance with Article 2 of the Federal Law No. 185-FZ "On Amendments and Additions in the Federal Law 'On the Securities Market'" (December 28, 2002) the Federal Commission for the Securities Market of the Russian Federation issued order No. 03-1132 (June 17, 2003), to merge additional share issues of AO MOSENERGO. According to this order, the Federal Commission annulled the following State registration numbers of common registered share issues of AO MOSENERGO:

1-03-000085-A of April 27, 1998

1-04-000085 of May 31, 1999

The Federal Commission has assigned to the above-mentioned issues of common registered uncertificated shares of AO MOSNEREGO the single State registration number 1-01-00085 of June 17, 2003.
