LSR Group has been granted a permit to commission the last buildings in the Novaya Okhta and Shuvalovsky residential complexes, entirely completing these two large-scale projects.
The residential complex Novaya Okhta is a modern, well-maintained, isolated residential area in the Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg, which includes 63 buildings and 13,874 apartments. The total living area is around 750 th.sq.m., which is represented by various apartments from studios to four-bedroom flats ranging from 31 to 100 sq. m. The project was launched in 2013. The commercial premises, with a total area of 22 th.sq.m, occupy the ground floors of the buildings. The residential complex has four above-ground parking for 920 lots with a total area of over 27 th.sq.m.
LSR Group currently sold 99.9% of apartments in the Novaya Okhta project, while ten one-bedroom apartments with an area from 35.9 to 43.8 sq. m. are still on sale. The price per square meter starts at 150 thousand rubles.
The green courtyards of Novaya Okhta have been landscaped with the playgrounds for sports and recreation for children and adults, benches and bike paths. Scenic Okhta river and a forest belt are located in the proximity of the project. The residential complex has a good location: a quick access to any area of the city is provided by two interchanges of the Ring Road. It is also possible to use the tube stations Grazhdanskiy Prospekt or Akademicheskaya, which are 10-15 minutes away by transport.
Along with Novaya Okhta, LSR Group completed the construction of another large-scale comfort-class project - the Shuvalovsky residential complex in the Primorsky district of St. Petersburg. The project includes 24 buildings with 8,709 apartments. The total living area with other premises amounts to over 422 th.sq.m., including various options from one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 30 to 116 sq. m. The project was launched in 2014. Commercial premises are located on the ground floors of the buildings and occupy about 7 th.sq. m. Residential complex Shuvalovsky has 12 parking facilities for 2,491 lots with a total area of 26.5 th.sq. m.
More than 99.4% of apartments have been sold in the Shuvalovsky project, while single one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom options are still on sale. The price per square meter now starts at 130 thousand rubles.
The project’s own social infrastructure includes two kindergartens and a school with a swimming pool. Due to the proximity of the Ring Road and the Western High-Speed Diameter, residents of the Shuvalovsky complex will be able to quickly get to any part of the city. The nearest tube stations, Komendantsky Prospekt and Pionerskaya, are just 15 minutes away by transport.
