LUKOIL Board of Directors held a meeting in Moscow today. Members of the Board reviewed the company's performance in the first half of 2019, budget execution and progress on the investment plan.

Directors noted that companies of LUKOIL Group have accomplished key tasks of the year's first half in accordance with the budget and the investment program for 2019.

The members of the Board also listened to a presentation on LUKOIL Group Sustainability Report for 2018.
