On March 26, 2001 the Central Bank of Russia registered the issue prospectus of the ordinary registered shares of Sberbank.

The issue is registered under the State registration number of 1010148IB. 

4 998 000 shares will be issued, the nominal volume of issuance will make 249 900 000 roubles. The placement will be at a price of 1 000 roubles per share with par value of 50 roubles. 

The registered capital of Sberbank as of the date of registration equaled 750 100 000 roubles. 

The shares will be placed by an open unrestricted subscription among individual and corporate investors. The date of placement shall be April 25, 2001 with closing date not later than May 21, 2001.
