Over 10,200 consumers contacted Samara distribution grids Customer service centers in 2018

The Samara Distribution Grids branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (included in the Rosseti Group) have summed up the results of work on utility connection to grids. Over 10,200 applicants applied to customer service centers in 2018.

The total connected capacity under the executed contracts amounted to 142 MW. Among the large and significant objects for which the procedure of utility connection was completed last year - LLC IKEA Centers Rus Property A, CJSC Samaraagroprompererabotka, CJSC Zavod pribornyh podshipnikov, objects of municipal enterprise of tram and trolleybus management, including the infrastructure of the stadium Samara Arena and the last mile. Work has begun on utility connection to the grids of consumers such as OP SHP Pokrovskoe CJSC, FGKU Combinat Energia of the Office of the Federal Agency for State Reserves in the Volga Federal District, CJSC ARCTICA and CJSC Stroitel'no-montazhnoe upravlenie 1.

The online connection service has also become popular through a personal account on the -.website or directly through the IDGC of Volga website (www.mrsk-volgi.ru), which significantly saves the applicant time. All that is required is to enter your personal account, select the necessary service, enter your data and immediately send it - the whole process will take several minutes. Further, tracking the status of the application and the process of utility connection is also possible through the personal account. In fact, it is enough to meet with representatives of the grid company only once - to check the completed work and sign the act on utility connection.

Customer service centers (customer service points) operate in all production divisions and in the administrative office of the Samara branch of IDGC of Volga.
