The Association of Russia’s Managers has published its professional reputation ratings of Russian businesses’ senior executives. Existent since 2001, these ratings are percieved as a barometer of the situation in the Russian business community.
Over 400 experts representing Russia’s relevant government offices, business associations, leading Russian companies were interviewed.
Senior executives were rated according to two groups of criteria: professional efficiency and personal business reputation.
The official auditor of the rating is Deloitte & Touche international consultants.
The ratings were published on 24th September 2004 in the Kommersant business daily.
In the Top 1000 rating of Russia’s most professional managers ALROSA President Vladimir Kalitin ranks fifth. According to a number of criteria – ‘company’s innovative efficiency’, ‘manager’s leadership reputation’, ‘manager’s social reputation’ – he shares 1-2 positions with other Russian business leaders.
Mr. Nichiporuk, ALROSA’s first vice president, responsible for corporate finance, is 12th on the rating-list of Russia’s 200 most efficient CFOs.
ALROSA senior managers’ high professional ratings are in confirmation of the experts’ and business community’s estimates of ALROSA’s performance and development prospects.
