According to the head of the dispatch service of heating grids of AO MOSENERGO Boris Luschenko, as of today heating has been switched on at 85 percent of administrative and industrial facilities in Moscow.

Luschenko said that AO MOSENERGO had done everything necessary to ensure a normal start to the heating season at these facilities. “We have switched on heating at all administrative and industrial facilities that have no heat debts. Debtors are the only ones without heating,” he said.

AO MOSENERGO's biggest debtors are: OAO Moskvich (owing 142 mln rubles as of October 1, 2001), ZAO Niva (34 mln rubles), Moscow State Construction University (9 mln rubles), KB Fakel-Grushina (15 mln rubles), and NPO Plastik (1.5 mln rubles).

In total, all heat consumers owed to AO MOSENERGO approximately 2 bln rubles (as of October 1, 2001).
