Penzaenergo took part in the regional business forum

Igor Tolbin, Director of Penzaenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (a member of Rosseti Group), and technological connection specialists took part in a business forum of the Penza region called Time of New Opportunities held in Lermontov's regional library in Penza on May 23–26. The program of the forum included several discussion platforms covering urgent issues of business operations and governmental support, as well as an exhibition area accommodating the display stands of regional development institutes and companies delivering services requested by the business society.
The Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozyortsev visited the exhibition area and got a deeper insight into services and service delivery procedures presented by the regional companies. In particular, Penzaenergo's representatives made the Governor aware of Electric Grid Service Portal of Rosseti, PJSC (https://ïîðòàë-òï.ðô/) used to collect online requests for technological connection of power receivers to electric grids submitted by consumers to any grid operator. The Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozyortsev was told in details about the procedure for giving a technological connection request and was shown main screens of the grid service resource viewed on PC display.
In addition, Igor Tolbin, Deputy Director of IDGC of Volga, PJSC — Director of Penzaenergo, said that in order to support business at the regional level the Company shortened the lead time under technological connection agreements over the last several years. “In 2013, it took us 184 days in average to perform the technological connection of privileged consumers (up to 15 kW). And in the first quarter of 2017, the lead time went down to 76 days. The technological connection lead time for applicants having power receivers with the capacity ranging from 15 to 150 kW was reduced from 161 days down to 76 days. This is an important contribution to business support efforts,” emphasized Igor Tolbin. “The lead time provided by the applicable law is 120 and 180 calendar days, respectively.” Penzaenergo's exhibition area will be open until the end of the business forum. Any visitor may get detailed information on technological connection to eclectic grids.
