The Board of Directors of the Company together with the Shareholders:

• Approved the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
• Approved the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;
• Dismissed Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Limited as the auditors of the Company;
• Appointed KPMG Limited as the new auditors of the Company.
