Mirny, June 30, 2017 – ALROSA Annual General Meeting of Shareholders elected the new Supervisory Board to exercise general control over the Company’s operations.

The shareholders elected the following members to the Supervisory Board of PJSC ALROSA: 

1. Valentina Ivanovna LEMESHEVA – Member of the Supervisory Board, PJSC ALROSA (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
2. Yegor Afanasyevich BORISOV – Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
3. Sergey Sergeevich IVANOV – President, PJSC ALROSA;
4. Galina Innokentievna DANCHIKOVA – State Duma Deputy of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation;
5. Evgenia Vassilievna GRIGORIEVA – Minister of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
6. Georgy Karlovich BASHARIN – Deputy Head, Municipal Entity Mirny District of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
7. Sergey Vasilyevich MESTNIKOV – General Director, Non-profit Organization Special Purpose Fund for Future Generations of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia);
8. Anton Germanovich SILUANOV – Finance Minister of the Russian Federation;
9. Maria Vladimirovna GORDON – Member of the Supervisory Board, PJSC ALROSA (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
10. Oleg Romanovich FEDOROV – Member of the Supervisory Board, PJSC ALROSA (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
11. Kirill Alexandrovich DMITRIEV – CEO, Russian Direct Investment Fund Managing Company LLC;
12. Alexander Sergeevich GALUSHKA – Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East;
13. Sergey Vladimirovich BARSUKOV – Director of Department, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;
14. Alexey Olegovich CHEKUNKOV – CEO, Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund;
15. Dmitry Vladimirovich KONOV – Chairman of the Management Board, PJSC SIBUR Holding (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board). 

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board and members of the committees will be elected at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board.

The shareholders elected the Auditing Committee, and approved amendments to the Charter, Regulations on the General Meeting of Shareholders, Regulations on the Supervisory Board and Corporate Governance Code of PJSC ALROSA.

ZAO PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit was approved as the Company’s RAS and IFRS auditor for 2017.
