Mordovenergo reviewed 2016 results

Mordovenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, PJSC (subsidiary of Rosseti, PJSC), reviewed its results for 2016. This meeting in extended format was attended by executives, directors of production departments (PDs) and RES heads.
In his opening speech, Mordovenergo’s Director Evgeny Dergunov focused on Company’s development thrust for 2017. He emphasized the need for reaching strategic objectives, such as improvement both quantitative and qualitative performance measures. This primarily relates to preparation of power facilities for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
According to results of the activities, the amount of the repair program for 2016 exceeded 114 M rubles, and the scope of works performed using company’s own resources increased significantly. Being on the rise, the net power supplies in 2016 amounted to 2,242 th. kWh. The amount of financing of the investment program exceeded 363,600 th. rub. The above achievements hiked wages, especially for operating personnel of Mordovenergo’s district subdivisions.
The participants of the meeting talked over environmental and occupational safety measures, operational and situational management performance, and amount of technological connections of new consumers. The agenda also included issues of unaccounted power consumption by unfair consumers and joint efforts with law enforcement agencies intended to control such offenses. The attendees brought up issues of economic and information security of the company, transport support, social and labor relations.
At the end of the meeting, Mordovenergo’s Director Evgeny Dergunov highlighted new ambitious objectives set by the energy company to decrease the accident rate, boost reliability of power supplies and build employee commitment to achieving corporate goals. This is a key to implementation of production programs and, most important, high-quality, safe and trouble-free power supplies to population, social and industrial infrastructure of the region and facilities of FIFA World Cup that will take place in Saransk in 2018.
