By the Comersant data, Bank Vozrozhdeniye is among the top 200 Russian companies in terms of market capitalization. It should be noted, that apart from Bank Vozrozhdeniye the only financial and credit institution being ranked among the largest companies was Sberbank RF (Savings Bank).

By the weekly Dengy, the principal criteria in rating compilation was the company's market capitalization. The table containing evaluation ratios of performance results and volumes of share trading sessions covers 200 Russian companies with the highest market capitalization as of June 28th 2002.

At the moment, Bank Vozrozhdeniye is the only Russian bank whose ordinary shares are traded on the International stock market in the form of American Depository Receipts (ADR).

Most of transactions with the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's ADRs are conducted on the Frankfurt, Berlin and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges. In July 1996, American Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registered the first level ADRs issue program for the Bank Vozrozhdeniye's shares.
