Specialists of Saratov DG, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC (a member of Rosseti Group of Companies) are currently performing overhaul activities at 110/35/10 kV Panitskaya substation. This substation provides electric power for railway infrastructure facilities, two health care facilities, two boiler houses, two water supply facilities and more than 2.5 thousand residents of Krasnoarmeisky district of the Samara region. In 2014, specialists completed capital repairs of 10 kV oil circuit breakers ÂÊ-10 type and 35 kV oil circuit breakers Ñ-35 type, isolating switches with 110 kV short-circuiting devices, 110 kV disconnecting switches ÐÄÍÄÇ-110/630 type including replacing of ÈÎÑ-110 pedestal-type insulators.
A decision to replace pedestal-type insulation was made after its inspection by means of a special diagnostics device ÌÈÊ-1. Oil cooling systems at the power transformers underwent on-line maintenance, including modernization of oil headers. Besides, repair operations were completed on 10 and 35 kV busbar sections and the lighting system of the cubical switchboard, including modernization of the exterior lighting system of the substation. Repair activities at 110/35/10 kV Panitskaya substation will ensure enhanced reliability of electric power supply for infrastructure and social facilities and for residential consumers in Krasnoarmeisky district.
