On January 28 the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West, JSC approved of the new organizational structure of executive staff and introduced amendments to the List of Positions Qualified as Included in the Category of Top Managers of the Company with Deputy General Director and First Deputy General Director for Production activities included in the said list.

The decision of the Board of Directors was taken with the view of ensuring organization of execution of decisions as may be taken by the Company management during implementation of strategic precepts for development of the electric power grid complex of the North-West under the conditions of formation of unified centers of responsibility for financial-and-economic production activities with account for compliance with the manageability norms and centralize management of implementation of functions in all the activity areas.
