JSOC Bashneft’s Board of Directors approved a number of appointments at its scheduled meeting held yesterday. Dmitry Ryabchenko became the Vice-President for Capital Construction and Logistic Support, and Dmitry Panyukov was appointed Vice-President for Regional Sales

Dmitry Viktorovich Ryabchenko was born on February 4, 1971. He graduated from National Research Irkutsk State Technical University in 1993. From 1995 to 1997, he was headed a department of LLC Energostroy. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Ryabchenko was the Executive Director of LLC Eksioil. From 2000 to 2008, he held a position of the General Director of LLC Baykitskaya Oil and Gas Exploratory Expedition, LLC Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz, and the post of the General Director of OJSC Messoyakhaneftegaz, a subsidiary of Slavneft. From 2008 to 2010, he was the Vice-President for Capital Construction of RussNeft. In 2010, he was the Deputy General Director and the Director of Industrial Minerals Division of LLC BaselCement and the Director of Production of RUSAL Global Management. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Ryabchenko held the position of the Deputy General Director of the Capital Construction Department of OJSC NOVATEK’s Yamal LNG. Between May and October 2012, he was the Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Logistic Support of LLC Bashneft-Dobycha. Since October 2012, he was the acting Vice-President for Capital Construction and Logistic Support of JSOC Bashneft.

Dmitry Vladimirovich Panyukov was born on May 29, 1975. In 1999, he graduated from the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Starting from 2000, he worked in petroleum products marketing at Tyumen Oil Company (TNK) and TNK-BP, where he held various positions, including the Retail Sales Director of OJSC Orenburgnefteprodukt, the Deputy General Director of TNK-Stolitsa, the Retail Sales Director and the General Director of CJSC Petrol Complex Equipment Company, the General Director of CJSC TNK-South, and the Head of the Retail Sales Department of LLC TNK-BP Marketing. Since December 2011, he was the Director of the Retail Sales Department of JSOC Bashneft.

At the meeting, the Board also considered the status of the R. Trebs and A. Titov oilfield development programme in the Nenets Autonomous District and the forecast for its implementation in 2012. The Board also approved a number of transactions forming part of Bashneft’s day-to-day operations.
