JSC Central Telegraph, one of the largest telecom operators in the Moscow Region, supplemented the line of Centel debit telephone cards.

The new card designed for the payment of domestic and international telephone calls was issued with nominal value of 30 tariff units. Its price is 94,5 RUR, VAT and sales tax inclusive.

Centel Internet cards are available at post-offices, Perekrestok and the Seventh Continent supermarkets, Mospechat stands, Aviakassy-metro counters, Techmarket, Anarion and Mobile Systems mobile communication stores, Guta-Bank, Impex-Bank, 1st OVK bank. Customers from the Moscow region (the Green Belt) can also find Centel cards not just at mobile communication stores and banks but at post-offices of their towns.
