Alexander Kuhmay, general director of the company, performs the functions of Chairman of the Board.
According to decision of the Board of Directors of “IDGC North-West", deputy of general director for logistics Taras Zaichko was elected to the position of  member of the Board.

Powers of Board member, Vladimir Bloshchitsyn, terminated at the initiative of Chairman of the Board, in connection with the termination of the labor contract.

Also, Vladimir Bloshchitsyn is not any more a member of the Central Procurement Body of IDGC North-West - Central Bidding Committee. New members of the Central Bidding Committee became the Deputy of general director for Investments Aslan Chekhoev and chief expert of the investment department of  " Holding IDGC" Valery Kataev.
