The new Board of Directors of IDGC of the Center has held its first meeting. The Board elected its Chairman, Deputy Chairman, and Corporate Secretary.

Director General of IDGC Holding Nikolay Shvets was elected Chairman; Deputy Director General for Corporate Governance and Property of IDGC Holding Aleksey Perepyolkin was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Head of Corporate Relations of the Corporate Governance Department of IDGC of the Center Svetlana Lapinskaya was elected Corporate Secretary.

The observer, Head of the Directorate for Electricity Industry Supervision of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service Vitaly Korolyov, raised no objections regarding any materials or draft resolutions.
