The above shortlist comprised the banks which authorized Bank of Russia to publish their balance sheets (Form 101), as well as Income and Loss Statements (Form 102). By regulations, the Banks are not obligated to do it.

Taking into consideration the interests of legal entities and individuals - consumers of banking services, Bank of Russia intends to publish on a monthly basis a shortlist of banks collaborating with them in the field of information disclosure.

In 1998, Bank Vozrozhdeniye was among the first banks to respond to the proposal of the Central Bank to place its financial information in their site. In the course of 5 years, following the policy of information openness, Bank Vozrozhdeniye has been disclosing additional information, making it accessible to its customers, investors and analysts of the financial market.
