The gain following the results of a year has made 24,9 billion roubles, net profit - 150 million roubles.

Following the results of 2009 JSC "IDGC of the North-West" gain has made 24 944 million roubles from which 94,7 % is a gain from electric power transfer.
The net profit of the Society following the results of a year has made 150 million roubles

To estimate and analyse changes of indicators of the accounting (financial) reporting of the Society in 2009 on the basis of the data received at observance of requirements of standard regulation of book keeping in the Russian Federation, in full it is impossible, as from the economic point of view the data on the beginning and on the end of the accounting period is comparable only.

Data on movement of actives, obligations and own capital do not contain the data of the rightpredecessors for 1 quarter 2008.

Changes in structure of actives and passives do not influence essentially a property status and a financial condition of the Society, both in short-term, and in long-term prospect.
