By decision of the Board of Directors of OJSC “MOESK” as of 29 October 2009, the General Director of the Company Yuriy Ivanovich Trofimov has been early terminated.

According to the decision of the Board of Directors, prior Deputy  – Senior Engineer of the Company Andrey Vladimirovich Mayorov has came into office of the  of OJSC “MOESK”. Mayorov A.V. was born on 6 September 1967 in Ivanovo. In 1994, he graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), MPEI majoring in “Management of energy companies under free-market economy”. His working experience started with the position of the 4th category transformer repair engineer at “Bashkirenergo” Regional Electricity Board of Kumertaun Electric Grids to become the Director of JSC “Orenburgenergo” West Electric Grids and Deputy  – Senior Engineer of OJSC “MOESK”. He has industrial awards and is entitled “Russian United Energy System Honorary Figure” and “Honor Power Engineer”.
