JSC CenterTelecom customer services department has finalized signing uniform agreements for connection and network interaction with the "big three" cellular operators - MTS, Vympelcom and MegaFon. With the latter, PSTN connection and centralized interaction agreement was signed in February, 2004.

Operations within the framework of these agreements will allow proceeding to a uniform intercompany billing system, increase the flexibility and mobility of JSC CenterTelecom business. The agreements signed completely meet the requirements for partner relations transparency required under the new law "On Communications" that was enacted on January 1, 2004.

Deputy general director and commercial director Sergey Pridantsev points out that the new agreements are tools aimed at increasing business efficiency and transparency. "Our company remains focused on creating uniform interaction rules with all operators we are working with," - he said.
