Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman, signed executive order to designate Anatoly Krylosov as Noyabrskgazdobycha’s Director General.
Born in 1952, A. Krylosov graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute, getting specialty in “Oil and Gas Well Drilling”. He started his career as assistant driller.
In 1994-1996 A. Krylosov served as Deputy Head of Surgutgazprom’s Capital Construction Division. In 1996-1997 he held position of Deputy Head for Legal and Economic Affairs of Surgutgazprom’s Gas and Gas Condensate Production and Transmission Noyabrsk Division. In 1997 A. Krylosov was appointed Noyabrskgazdobycha’s Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs.
Mikhail Galkovich, formerly serving as Noyabrskgazdobycha’s Director General, retired.

Noyabrskgazdobycha is a Gazprom’s 100% gas-production subsidiary. The company extracts gas in the southern Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Region.
At present, Noyabrskgazdobycha holds licenses to develop 5 gas fields including the Vyngapurovskoye, Komsomolskoye (one of the 5 Russian largest gas fields), Zapadno-Tarkosalinskoye, Gubkinskoye and Vyngayakhinskoye.
Noyabrskgazdobycha’s key task for the nearest years is to build up gas production by bringing the Vyngayakhinskoye field to its design capacity and by commissioning the Ety-Purovskoye field. The company’s promising direction of activities is prospecting and gas condensate production.
For the time being, Noyabrskgazdobycha is one the 4 Gazprom’s largest natural gas-production subsidiaries.
In 2003 Noyabrskgazdobycha produced 66.7 bcm of gas and 115 thousand tons of gas condensate.
