On 30th July 2009 North-West Telecom’s Board of Directors names the new members of the North-West Telecom’s Executive Board.

Looking through the materials presented for the meeting, the Board of Directors of NWT took a decision to appoint the following members of the Company’s Executive Board starting from 01.08.2009:

- Vitaly S. Vitman - Regional Director, N.W. Telecom JSC, Murmansk Branch;

- Viktor I. Plyachenko - Regional Director, N.W. Telecom JSC, Petersburg Branch;

- Oleg V. Popov - Deputy General director – Commercial director, N.W. Telecom JSC;

- Oleg A. Semanov - Deputy General director – Technical director, N.W. Telecom JSC;

- Maya M. Semchenko - Chief Accountant, N.W. Telecom JSC;  

- Irina V. Tambovskaya – Human resources department director, N.W. Telecom JSC;  

- Ella I. Tomilina - Deputy General director for Corporate Affairs, N.W. Telecom JSC;

- Venera A. Khusnutdinova – Deputy General director - Economics and Finance director, N.W. Telecom JSC;

- Grigory B. Chernyak - Deputy General director for Property Management and General Issues, N.W. Telecom JSC;   

- Vladimir I. Shumeyko - First Deputy General director, N.W. Telecom JSC.  

In compliance with Federal Law «On Joint-Stock Companies» and the Company’s Charter Vladimir A. Akulich, the General director of N.W. Telecom JSC shall act as the Chairperson of the Executive Board.

The Board of Directors of OJSC N.W. Telecom established term of office of the Executive Board: till 02nd August 2010.
