The JSC "Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association" paid the first coupon on the bonds of A01 series on September 30 (the State registration number 4-01-00040-?) in the amount of 60 696 thousand Roubles. 101.16 Roubles of profit yield was paid per one bond of par value 1000 Roubles. The rate of the first coupon on the bonds is 20.4 per cent annual.

On October 1, 2002, the JSC "Irkutsk Aviation Industrial Association", acting through the redemption agent - the PSC "Investment Company "Region"", executed the irrevocable offer for the purchase of the bonds of the JSC "IAIA" of the A01 series at the price of 100 per cent of the par value.
