Extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on August 30 in the form of the absentee voting.

The Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West plans to approve the program of quality management system introduction (QMS) at the meeting of August 30.

The meeting will be held in the form of absentee voting. Introduction of quality management system is expected to be defined by the Board of Directors as a priority direction of the Company’s business.

The program of introduction of quality management of IDGC of the North-West includes the whole complex of actions starting with organizational stage and ending with certification, and the further development of the quality management system.

The company plans to carry out certification of the quality management system under ISO 9000 standard till the end of 2008.

IDGC of the North-West is going to involve the consulting companies in creation of the quality management system.

After approval of the program by the Board of Directors, the company will define the adviser on a competitive basis and will start introduction of QMS.

Besides, the agenda of the Board of Directors of IDGC of the North-West includes items on approval of the business-planning standard and approval of the Company’s organizational structure.

The Board of Directors will also consider General Director's report on purchasing activity for 2007.
