In Ekaterinburg took place the united press-conference of General Director of TGC-9 A.Y. Makarov, Heads of Sverdlovenergo and Sverdlovsky RDU.
Work of TGC-9 powermen in Sverdlovsk region on going through the autumn-winter maximum was finished successfully thanks to the efficient organization of working process.
During the period of going through the autumn-winter period generating stations and heat networks of TGC-9 in Sverdlovsk region provided reliable and regular supply of consumers with heat and electric energy. Electric energy generation for the period from October to April 2006-2007 was 3,9 billion K.W.H., heat energy – 13,2 million Gkal. Store of fuel in warehouses of stations in Sverdlovsk region today exceeds the task of RAO “UES of Russia”: coal – on 124 thousand tons, black oil – 18 thousand tons. During the heating season gas suppliers provided consumption of TGC-9 stations in full, powermen did not have any problems with “blue” fuel supply.
Autumn-winter period was preceded by the repairing campaign, for which they gave 701,419 million RUR, including capital (and mid-life) repair of 19 boilers (with steam capacity of 2993 tons/hour and 200 Gkal/hour), 6 turbines (with power of 280 megawatt), changed 2,1 km of heat networks at the expense of maintenance aids and 2,315 km (in tube-in-tube computation) at the expense of investment.
Successful going through the autumn-winter maximum of loads of years 2006-2007 was stimulated by the staff training according to the requirements of reference documents, carrying out of antiemergency and antifire trainings. There were no accidents and fires in TGC-9 branches that are located on the territory of Sverdlovsk region.
Heat load schedules were fulfilled according to the rules of technical operation and outside air temperatures. In cases of cutoff of heat main sections they did not trip consumers.
In the year 2007 they plan to give more than 800 million RUR for repairing work execution, carry out capital (and mid-life) repair of 18 boilers (with steam capacity of 2783 tons/hour and 200 Gkal/hour), 8 turbines (with power of 306 megawatt).
The investment program for Sverdlovsk region in the year 2007 is 781,4 million RUR, including costs on heat networks 275,9 million RUR, the planned change of heat networks 3,47 km (in tube-in-tube computation).
The considerable source of money for development of Ekaterinburg heat networks will become payment for technological connection of new objects according to TGC-9 investment program on development of the city district heating system.
