On March 29, 2007 General Director of "UTK" PJSC ?. Andreev met with Vice-Governor of the Rostov Region – Regional Transport and Telecommunications Minster D. Vartanyan.

At the meeting the parties discussed plans and long-term development prospects of telecommunications infrastructure in the Rostov Region providing for realization of the presidential projects and regional programs and solving actual social, economic and other problems of social importance in the region. 

In addition, the parties agreed to make joint efforts on formation of information space with a view of provision of efficient work of electronic mass media, organization of public access to information resources and to the Internet network.

At the meeting UTK’s CEO Alexander Andreev stated that this event was one more step towards the solution of priority tasks of the Company aimed at development of  the SFD telecommunications infrastructure.
