For 8 months of 2020, specialists of Penzaenergo, a branch of Rosseti Volga, PJSC, connected objects of 718 individuals and 569 legal entities to the grids. For this, more than 75 km of 6–10/0.4 kV distribution grids, 89 6–10/0.4 kV transformer substations with a total capacity of 14.38 MVA were built and reconstructed. The total capacity of the connected facilities of new consumers amounted to 35.96 MW.
Among such objects are the agro-industrial complex: an elevator, a grain cleaning complex, a weighing facility, a warehouse in the Penza region (1.5 MW), as well as a food processing enterprise – a confectionery shop in the Mokshan region (1.65 MW). In addition, the Penza power engineers connected the facilities of the industrial site in the Gorodishchenskoye district (1.6 MW), the power facilities to provide electricity to multi-storey residential buildings in the Penza region (2.9 MW), the power facility of Russian Railways (2.5 MW), etc. Feldsher-midwife stations in five districts of the Penza region are supplied with electricity.
The TC of consumers is carried out in the shortest possible time, which forms a favorable investment climate in the region for both the manufacturing sector and the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex.
In just 8 months of 2020, Penzaenergo’s customer service points and center registered 5,290 calls, of which 2,081 were applications for TP to the branch’s power grids.
In order to prevent acute respiratory viral infections, customer service is provided only remotely. At the same time, the demand for the company’s services does not show a downward trend. The main tools for filing applications for technological connection on-line are the Internet resource of the Rosseti Group of Companies (ïîðòàë-òï.ðô), Rosseti – Personal Account mobile application (iOS and Android).
In addition, in the regions of the company’s area of responsibility there is a portal of the Rosseti group – Svetlaya Strana (ñâåòëàÿñòðàíà.ðô). With its help, consumers can leave messages about problems, for example, power outages, voltage fluctuations, electrical equipment defects.
