Within 6 months of 2020, customer service offices of the Penzaenergo branch of Rosseti Volga (a brand of IDGC of Volga, PJSC) received 3,857 applications. 3,266 of them are related to the issues of technological connection to power grids, including 1,487 applications directly for technological connection.
Also, during the reporting period, the company entered into 912 contracts (taking into account the applications submitted in earlier periods) for technological connection of consumers' energy-consuming devices to grids for a total capacity of 35.4 MW.
In order to prevent acute respiratory viral infections, customer service is carried out only remotely from 18.03.2020. The main tools for filing applications for technological connection on-line are the Internet resource of the Rosseti Group of Companies (´ţ˛ÓŰ-˛´.˘), Rosseti ľ Personal Account mobile application (iOS and Android).
In addition, there is a portal of the Rosseti group ľ Svetlaya Strana (˝Ôň˛ŰÓ ˝˛ÓÝÓ.˘) in the regions of the company's area of responsibility. With its help, consumers can leave messages about problems, for example, power outages, voltage fluctuations, electrical equipment defects.
Power engineers remind that residents of Penza and the Penza Region can send written messages to the Consumer Service Center (CSC) of the Penzaenergo branch, as well as to consumer service offices organized on the basis of power distribution zones (PDZ) of the respective production departments.
