As part of a working trip to the Republic of Mordovia, the head of the Volga-Oka department of Rostekhnadzor Maxim Fominykh visited the Rosseta Volga branch (brand of "IDGC of Volga", PJSC) - "Mordovenergo".
At the workshop, Maxim Fominykh discussed with the branch management the results of the repair program and the operational readiness of "Mordovenergo" for the upcoming autumn-winter period (OZP). Power engineers said that in 2019, during the implementation of the repair program, it was planned to repair about 450 km of power lines of 35-110 kV and more than 3,500 km of lines of 0.4-20 kV, as well as 49 substations of 35-110 kV. All work was completed on time. Motor vehicles were also prepared, and an emergency stock of materials and equipment was completed.
In his report, acting Sergey Galishnikov, chief engineer, clearly demonstrated the dynamics of a decrease in accident rate, which, compared to the 2017/2018 plant protection index, decreased by almost 28% in the current period. Also during the workshop, the topic of scheduled inspections of the Mordovenergo branch by the territorial body of Rostekhnadzor and the timely execution of issued orders was raised.
At the end of the meeting, Maxim Fominykh, accompanied by Minister of Housing, Energy and Civil Protection of the Mordovian population Igor Chadov and director of the "Mordovenergo" branch Yuri Sergeyev, visited power facilities located in the city of Saransk. One of them is substation Substation 110/10 kV "Posop".
Yuri Sergeyev said that during the design and construction of the power facility, the most modern technological and design solutions were implemented that ensured the reliability of operation and safety of operation of the substation. Following the visit, the head of the Volga-Oka department of Rostekhnadzor praised the work of power engineers.
