Costs for execution of the investment projects were 1.12 billion roubles.

Within the first six months of 2009 the costs of IDGC of North-West for execution of the annual investment program were 1.12 billion roubles. The actual execution of the plan of capital investments for technological connection and reconstruction, new construction and expansion of grid facilities was 136%.

According to the data of the Department of Capital Construction of IDGC of North-West, the investment program of the company for the first half of 2009 was overfulfilled in all key indicators.

In January- June 2009 the input of the fixed assets was 30.89 MVA (245% of the planned amount), 134.3 km (144%) for the sum of 498.35 million roubles (125%). The main reason for overfulfilment of the plan was execution f additional measures for technological connection.

The priority facilities of the investment program of the current year in the second quarter of 2009 became: termination of construction and input in the branch of IDGC of North-West ‘Novgorodenergo’ of Progress 110 kV overhead lines – with an overhang to Moshenskoye substation and additional cells for Progress substation. The construction was made within the execution of obligations under the contract for technological connection of Bykovo and Pes’  intermediate transfer stations of the transmission oil pump Kstovo-Yaroslavl-Kirishi-Primorsk to the network of Novgorodenergo, a branch of IDGC of North-West. Besides, the input facilities improved reliability of electric supply of consumers of the northern-eastern part of the Novgorod Region. 

Planned amount of capital investments for execution of the investment projects of IDGC of North-West for 2009 is 2.26 billion roubles.
