The system was developed in 2007 in “Karelemergo” and till November it will be tested by “Volgogradenergo”.

The presentation of the automated system of the technological connections process management took place in IDGC of North-West during the meeting of the Heads of the Companies and Branch Directors.

The system was developed and have been working in “Karelenergo” branch of IDGC of North-West. It was realized at 1C platform: Enterprise 8.1.and is different from the similar analogues by the convenience of work, broad functions and minimum expenditures during the implementation.

“The system developed by us is complex and multifunctional. Implementing the application of the client we unify and regulate the whole process. Together with this, we see the full picture of the condition of the feeding centers: the dynamics of demand and comparative analysis of the capacity applications and actual loads”, says Sergey Leziv, the Head of the Department of Information technologies of “Karelenergo” branch of IDGC of North-West. 

It is very important that the clients service centers, departments of technological connection and future oriented development, technological development, regimes and operational services, capital construction and economy management work in one chain in Regional electric grids. At the exit we see the whole complex of documents carried out in the full compliance with the legislation and technological requirements.

According to the developers, in future the system will allow to carry out the account of the productive supply, to analyze the work of the account gadgets and metrological equipment. Among the further plans of the system development is to make it possible to submit an invoice to the consumers, storage of the position data of the objects with further reflection at any cartographic base.

The participants of the meeting expressed the set of the notes and recommendations. They decided to create the working group do complete the development of the software where will be the representatives of all the branches.

The system is recommended to the testing implementation to “Volgogradenergo” branch of IDGC of North-West  to operate the process of technological connection, determination of the statistics of demand and analysis of the main substations loading. 

By the decision of IDGC of North-West management since January 1, 2010 they plan to transit all the branches of the company to the work by the unified automated system of the technological connections to the electric girds management process on the basis of “Karelenergo” design.
