The Information Committee of RTS Stock Exchange made the decision that new lists of shares would be applicable to RTS index calculations from March 16 to June 11, 2009.

In accordance with this decision, ordinary shares in JSC IDGC Holding will be included in the new composition of RTS Index, RTS-2 Index, and sectoral Electric Utilities Index (RTSeu).

Since December 9, 2008, when JSC IDGC Holding’s ordinary shares began to be traded on RTS Stock Exchange, the company’s stock has shown stable liquidity and capitalization, which are the key criteria for including any securities in the RTS indices.

JSC IDGC Holding is the only distribution grid company to have its shares included in the RTS index calculation base, composed of 50 securities. RTS Stock Exchange’s calculation of the weight of JSC IDGC Holding’s shares in the calculation bases of RTS Index, RTS-2 Index, and RTSeu Index was based on the February 27, 2009, share prices, and this weight is 0.57%, 4.69%, and 10.83% respectively.

JSC IDGC Holding’s ordinary shares were earlier included in calculation bases of MICEX – Power Energy Index (MICEX PWR) and MICEX – Standard Capitalization Index (MICEX MC).
