On Tuesday, March 12, AO MOSENERGO's Board of Directors held a meeting to draft proposals regarding the annual shareholder meeting.

AO MOSENERGO's directors voted to set the following dates:

• The date for the BoD meeting to discuss the preparation for the annual shareholder meeting (April 7, 2003)
• The drafting of the list of persons who are entitled to participate in the annual shareholder meeting (April 11, 2003)
• The date of the annual shareholder meeting (May 30, 2003)

The Board of Directors has also nominated candidates for a new Board (to be approved at the meeting):
