Top-managers of LOMO PLC got into the rating of the most professional managers of the country. Association of managers of Russia has prepared this rating on the basis of results of 2002.

   800 directors were included to this rating: the best financial and commercial directors, personnel directors and informational technology directors. Representatives of LOMO got into all these four categories.

   According to the media reports 352 competent experts estimated all the candidates. Selection of winners was held up to the several criterions. It was necessary that enterprise, headed by manager, to be one of the biggest in the branch of industry. Index of mentioning of manager in the Russian print media was a very important parameter too. Effectiveness of management by functional direction was evaluated up to more than 10 parameters. Personal capacities of candidates were also estimated.
