Within the framework of an overhaul campaign AO MOSENERGO plans to repair 6 power units, 24 boilers, 19 turbines and 13 water boilers. In addition, the company plans to overhaul 9 power units, 14 boilers, 8 turbines and 2 water boilers to detect and repair minor breakdowns. In 2003, AO MOSENERGO's priority task will be to install chip set regulating systems at 250 and 300 MWt turbines at GRES-4, TEZ-22 and TEZ-23. AO MOSENERGO also plans to repair boiler and replace turbine at TEZ-22.

Initially, AO MOSENERGO had planned to allocate 10.7 billion rubles for the 2003 overhaul campaign. This amount was derived from an assessment of the equipments’ condition. However, existing electricity and heating tariffs don't allow for the company to conduct a full-scale check and repair of the equipment.
