Starting from 9th April 2007 "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC introduces a new tariff plan of unlimited ADSL-based Internet access – «DiSeL-Unlim» - for its individual customers in the Krasnodar Kray, Volgograd and Astrakhan Regions.

The traffic volume is not limited, the access is provided  round-the-clock. The subscriber fee depends on the chosen data transmission speed -  64 or 128 ?bit/sec, and ranges from 1,000 to 2,400 rubles per month.

«At present we are actively working on introduction of unlimited tariff plans of broadband Internet access in other regions of the Southern federal district», - Deputy Director General – Commercial Director of "UTK" PJSC Arkady Samoilov noted.

The «DiSeL-Unlim» tariff plan was offered by "UTK" PJSC for the first time in the Rostov Region on the 1st of July 2006. Additional services such as «Unlim-Night» (unlimited access to the Internet from 01:00 a.m. to 08:00 a.m. with monthly subscriber fee of 495 rubles) and “Unlim-MZ” (unlimited access to the resources of Mediazona.ru entertainment portal with monthly subscriber fee of 300 rubles) can be also used by DiSeL subscribers in the Krasnodar Kray and Volgograd Region.

As at 1 March 2007 number of DSL-subscribers of "UTK" PJSC in the Krasnodar Kray, Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan Regions exceeded 63 thousand.
