The agreements are concluded within the frames of the realization of TGC-9 investment program for the development of the centralized heat supply system of Yekaterinburg up to 2009. The new scheme of power engineers’ relations with the builders came into operation after the tariff on connection of newly constructed or reconstructed immovable property units to heat networks on the territory of the Urals capital becomes effective.
The housing cooperative “Saving and Loan Construction Association No. 2” support financially the heat power supply to the apartment block with office rooms situated in Sofya Petrovskaya Street. The Limited Liability Company “Stroyinkor” financed the connection of a 25-storeyed untenanted building with an underground car parking to the heat networks. The total cost of the connection to the heat networks of the Company under the stated agreements accounts for more than 5 million rubles.
Besides, TGC-9 is planning to connect projects of the business quarter “Yekateringburg city” of the Urals capital – the heating main is planned to be laid to the district. Currently the required heat load is being counted, the schedule of payments of the works financed by the builder is being agreed upon.
According to Sergey Efimov the Director of “Svedlovteplosbit”, concrete definition of the business process of the technological connection will enable TGC-9 to fully satisfy the needs of the customers for the connection, development of business and house-building programs in the region.
