Vladimir Akulich, General Manager of N.W.Telecom, is recognized as one of the most efficient managers of Russia’s corporations, organizations, and institutions. He is awarded the honorary title of “Russian Federation Top Manager 2007”.

This decision was made by the expert panel for economy and management of the editorial board of the Russian Federation National Encyclopedia of Personalities on the basis of a special review of over 500,000 legal entities supported by governmental authorities and independent analysts.

The expert panel noted high professionalism of Mr. Akulich and his personal contribution to the development of telecommunications in the North-Western Federal District.
