On February 7, 2012 General Director of IDGC of the North-West, JSC Aleksandr Kukhmay and Chairman of the Board of Representatives of Primary Trade Union Organizations Vladislav Maryandyshev signed the Collective Contract for 2012. Representatives of primary trade union organizations and Directors of IDGC of the North-West branches participated in the procedure.
The new Collective Contract was concluded for a year’s term, from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012 (the previous Collective Contract having covered the three year’ period of 2009-2011). This is connected with the signature of the Agreement “On introduction of amendments and additions to the Branch Tariff Agreement for 2009-2011 and extension of its validity term to include the 2012 period” between RaEl and the All-Russian Power Industry Trade Union.
The amount of the package of social welfare benefits to be provided to members of IDGC of the North-West staff including some 15 thousand workers according to the provisions set forth in the new Collective Contract is estimated as equal to 473 mln RUR.
“Our common objective is to increase labour productivity and reduce electric energy transmission costs. Under the existing conditions, we should think it over and find a way to pay decent wages to members of our worker staff for whom the Collective Contract is one of the most significant factors of social stability”.
