Of late, the structure of feedstock to the Central Gas Fractionator substantially changed: it contains more butanes, and a butane processor turned to be a CGF “bottleneck”. Due to a new processor, a feedstock processing train “throughput” is increasing, per estimates of the experts, by 15-20%.
