JSC Central Telegraph continues its cooperation with Svetets company. We signed a contract for the expansion of the capacity of the Intelligent Platform  by 240 channels (8 E1). Overall channeling capacity of the Platform will amount up to 40 E1.
Intelligent Platform (IP) by Svetets was successfully operated at Central Telegraph since 1999. The IP includes a system of service telephone cards “STK-Dialog” designed for the provision of local, national and international telephone services and supporting city payphones, a call center and a VoIP subsystem integrated within a unified service provision center, and a universal billing system that allows making payments using one single card. The platform also is the basis for interaction software interface for various databases aimed at the complete processing of transactions with corporate cards and accounts.

In order to satisfy growing demand for telecommunication services and to increase the quality of provision the company will expand the channeling capacity of the Intellectual Platform implemented at JSC Central Telegraph.
Capabilities of the Intellectual Platform allow to make dynamic responses to the needs of telecommunication service market and to provide necessary services in required volume.
