On 24 June 2003, following the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC CenterTelecom, the first working meeting of the newly elected Board of Director of the Company was held.

By the unanimous decision of the Board of Directors, Mr. Valeriy Nikolayevich YASHIN, General Director of the “Svyazinvest” Holding, was re-elected Chairman of the PJSC CenterTelecom Board of Directors for another term of office. Mr. Grigoriy Moiseyevich FINGER, Executive Director – “NCH Advisors, Inc.” Representative Office, was elected Deputy Chairman of the PJSC CenterTelecom Board of Directors holding the office for the first time.
