On 14 July 2003, a regular working conferencing communications session was held by the PJSC CenterTelecom leadership with the Company’s regional constituent entities. It was for the first time, however, that following the unification of the regional telecoms, the conferencing participants could both hear and see each other via the audio-video monitors installed at their offices.

The PJSC CenterTelecom General Director Mr. Ruben Amarian expressed the view that such dialogue with the telecommunications colleagues is conducive to strengthening their business confidence, raising personal responsibility of each leader and everyone participated in the videoconference for his/her words and deeds.

Ms. Natalie Kasatkina, Deputy Director and Chief of the Telecommunications Facilities Maintenance Division of the Company’s Telecommunications Operations and Management Department, delivered a report “On the Status of the PJSC CenterTelecom Networks”.

Messrs. Nikolai Mezhuyev and Vladimir Korolkov, Directors of the Moscow and Yaroslavl Regional Constituent Telecoms respectively, answered the questions of the PJSC CenterTelecom Genral Director respecting the burning problems of the day and the ways of their resolution.

Till recently, videoconferencing was offered as one of PJSC CenterTelecom’s communications services to its customers. Now, the Company and its constituent entities are using the service for the business purposes of their own. Very soon, all the 17 constituent companies will be taking part in PJSC CenterTelecom videoconference briefings held weekly.
