Customer Service Center of Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC summed up the results of activities implemented in 10 months of 2013

CustomerService Centerof Chuvashenergo, a branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC summed up the results of activities implemented in 10 months of 2013. During the period from January till October of the current year, CSC registered 4,619 calls from customers. In the most cases customers submit requests for technological connection to the power grids of Chuvashenergo, branch of IDGC of Volga, JSC. During 10 months of 2013, 2,170 of such requests were received. During the period from January till October 2013, 1,896 agreements were signed for technological connection for the total capacity of about 55.7 MW. Besides requests for technological connection, customers address the Center on several other matters related to electrification of new streets in rural settlements, issuance and approval of documents, issues related to electric power metering (repair, installation, replacement, sealing of metering devices), quality of customer service, etc. As usual, among the most urgent issues are issuance and approval of documents of balance inventory delineation and statements of operational responsibilities delineation, approval of land use documents, electrification of new streets in rural settlements.
