FAS of Ural District by the decision of a cassation instance dd. 15.07.2009 leaved without change the resolution of an arbitrage of Orenburg region dd. 16.01.2009. It met the claims of “IDGC of Volga”, JSC in the person of its branch “Orenburgenergo” to annul the resolution of the field tax inspection in 2004 about the additional tax assessment. The courts of three instances supported the arguments of the tax payer about the illegal additional profits tax assessment, VAT, penalty fees and fines for the period of 2004 in the aggregate amount equal to 587 774 072 rubles.
